Even with air temperatures in the high 20s I'm surprised that the fjord is as warm as the stated 13-15C. Even so those girls would have got a shock when they hit the water, though the one on the left looks as if she's got plenty of insulation!

Heat wave or not, I'd just love to be (on holiday) anywhere in Norway.
