Flowers!!
After a dank weekend - some flowers for everyone here and at R2.
I've given each picture a song title/lyric...
I hope that I don't fall in love with you.....
She's a Model....
New Life.
I got you babe....
House of fun....
First time ever I saw your face...
Pink!
Wild boys!
You are the sunshine of my life.....
Wild thing!
Yellow mellow
Purple rain...
Purple reign?
Nobody likes me, everybody hates me, I'm going down the garden to eat worms....
In the living years

What gorgeous flowers, even the weeds, and glorious photos, Rachel! I suspect they weren't taken in yesterday's howling gale! _________________ Ron |

Thank you Ron No not this weekend ( could it have been any less like summer?).. some pictures in Cornwall the week before last, the rest in our garden and round about where we live a little earlier in the year......... Sunny today though
Hi Briant , my camera is a Canon EOS 350D with a 28-135 Ultrasonic lens....It's taken me quite a while to get used to it compared to my old manual SLR...... |

I can see the pictures now that I'm home (and very superb they are too!). It's difficult viewing big pix in a forum post on my mobile whilst in a pub on the north Norfolk coast! _________________ ONline, ONdigital and ONtherocks: BBC Radio 2. Hi Rachel. Yes I know what you mean about transferring from SLR to Digital. Once you've got the camera though and the ability to take colour or B&W at the turn of a dial it is hard to go back to a manual camera. Plus the prints are a lot cheaper. My grandchildren must be amongst the most photographed in the world! |

Thank you for the nice coments - I'm pleased that you like em usually, I'm jolly shy about showing my hobby stuff - in a here's what's inside my anorak kind of way....
I don't usually do birds cos they just won't sit still but this little fella wouldn't leave me alone... I think he was facinated by my focus beep......so I said to him ... ok then, if you're good, just this once....

Hello Rachel,
Some lovely shots there - snap with the EOS350D - I use one as my "second body" in addition to my EOS40D. The USM lens is a good piece of glass - if you haven't already done so, buy a clear filter to go on the front of it and protect it.
