Harriet Harman isn't really the one in charge whilst Gordon Brown is playing with his family on the beach. This could upset Harman who is backing the PM over crises that he could be challenged over his leadership.

Rumours are floating around that Harman was plotting to over - throw the PM whilst he's on his Holiday knee deep in Sand.  |
