Downing Street has refused to comment on newspaper speculation that Prime Minister Gordon Brown is planning a cabinet reshuffle in early September.

I can't remember Blair's cabinet ever speaking out whilst he was on his Holiday? John Prescott never was seen in public whilst in charge. Maybe Brown needs to tell ministers to keep there opinions to themselves than reshuffling. From what I have been reading it looked like there was too many front bencher's in the kitchen to spoil things.
