Britons think Sir Alan Sugar would be a good PM.
Alan who is 61 topped a poll to find the "Dream Cabinet"
In the Poll of 3,000 actors Stephen Fry would be Deputy PM, whilst Carol Voderman became Chancellor and U2's Bono and explorer Michael Palin jointly led Foreign Office.
Terry Wogan was Home Secretary, Gordon Ramsey got Health and Jeremy Clarkson Transport.
________
I think James Whale would be a good Deputy MP,
So it's over too you. |

Celebrities make, at best, boring politicians (Clement Freud, Glenda Jackson), even if they manage to get elected, and many have failed (remember Jimmy Edwards and Robin Day?)
Interesting to note that people consider that two citizens of the Irish Republic, one person convicted of credit card theft, and one member of the "nines" club at her university would make ideal members of the British Cabinet. On that basis, yes, Mark, who might just be slightly dyslexic, is as eligible as anybody for anything. _________________ Ron |
