Just a reminder about how you can post photos etc

It is preferable to LINK to photos and images rather than uploading them and onto this forum; we want to avoid swelling the kilobyte size of the forum unecessarily.

If you have your own website you can link to images there, but if you don't have your own website then the Photobucket is a useful tool.

R2ok now has it's own Photobucket account

At Photobucket our login is

Username: r2ok
Password: radio2

AVATARS

We're allowing slightly bigger avatars up to 160wide and 180high pixels, no bigger as that will alter the page. Avatars should, preferably, be linked from the Photobucket account (so that admin can fix any problems)

At Photobucket, select your photo, copy the URL (there's a field that does that with just a click). At R2ok look up your profile, delete your old avatar, and paste the URL into the 3rd field, at the bottom of your profile page.

If you have difficulty, post here or drop a private message to John W.

You can link to most internet images if you know the link (e.g. check 'properties').

Oh dear,

Soon after I (above) published our photobucket account details.... the account and presumably all it's years of photos, have been deleted?

A dastardly deed by some former member maybe Rolling Eyes

Oh well, quote amusing that Simon Bates' photo remains on our front page (the image was stored elsewhere).
