Steve Penk bought 96.2 The Revolution because the station was going to the wall. It's a shame the station lost a few DJ's, but thats business.

He's having to present the Breakfast show with former Capital Radio Newreader Howard Hughes presenting the News. Former Radio One and Key 103 DJ Gary King is also presenting Mid Mornings.

I never listened to the station but I did know a couple of DJs and it's no great loss. If the station is only getting 3% share something's wrong. Whether Penk has the answer, I'm not sure - his new line-up doesn't seem very local.
