Absolutely my most favourite track at the moment really does send a shiver down my spine.

It will go down as a classic along with the big band sounds of the 1930's and 1940's.

Well, it's a bit of a carbon copy of the original BUT saying that the fact he's released it to coincide with the ascendacy of Obama to the presidency does give it a big sense of potency. Still prefer the original though I'm afraid...

Yes Seal does a good job, as did Sam Cooke's original version. However I prefer Richard Manuel (of The Band) singing it on the 'Moondog Matinee' album. Very Happy

At first I thought he'd released it to cash in on 'The Wire' - FX are always trailing the series with Sam Cooke's original.
