Of the Brand-Russell Fiasco, is that saturday mornings are now listenable again on Radio 2
I have been listening to Richard allinson on radio 2 this morning 7 it is OK
I found Rossys saturday show on 2 unbearable- all that loudmouthed laddishness on a saturday morning is not for me
I didn't mind wossys TV show, but on radio he was awful 7 I avoided R2 after 10AM Saturdays like the plague
So far, am quite enjoying richard allinson#
any other returning refugees from sat morning on radio 2? |

Agreed; please to be able to listen to R2 on Sat as I too cannot abide Ross.

I'm often busy after 10am but in principle agree that the slot is no longer unbearable.

Oh well motor gob Danny Baker for the next 4 weeks starting next Saturday.
Time to retune to Chris Tarrant on Smooth me thinks.
Don't forget Richard Allinson is on Radio Oxford 12-2pm every Saturday with the excellent Allinson Albums-a show not to be missed. |

Amazing that they get rid of Ross only to replace him with somebody worse (Baker) |

Well, I miss Ross' show on a Saturday morning.. RA is, as Clive55 said, OK but that's about it.
I'm glad JR got disciplined but I'm also looking forward to him returning - if he does.
I've never heard Baker on the radio so that'll be interesting although I could do without Zoe Ball cackling on.
I used to dislike Danny Baker as much as Chris Evans but seeing him over the last few years on TV has warmed me to him...

Mark, If you live in areas where you can't receive Smooth Radio he can be found on Century and Real Radio too  |
