Awful thing to happen, his fault entirely - seems quite a few stories like this are coming out recently, where parents' stupidity caused tragic events.

One of the children was named Thor Rolling Eyes

If I'd named my son after my favourite Marvel comic character he'd be Dr Strange Wright Confused
