According to tonight's evening papers AT has been forced to deny claims he is a sex guru after pranksters sabotaged his Wikipedia entry claiming he had penned an update of the Kama Sutra.

At the same time he has also had to deny claims he is a trustee of a charity called Gardens for Squats.

Titchmarsh claims that the Wikipedia claims were "embarasing and wrong" and added "it's full of wrong facts. I do not have a new version being published. I wish I knew how to change Wikipedia to make it correct".

Titchmarsh by the way was nominated for the Literary Reviews Bad Sex Award in 1998 for a scene in his novel Mr MacGregor.

Personally one of the highlights of my weekend is the Johnnie Walker Show that goes out on Sunday's between 4.30-6.30 pm but I tune out at 6.30pm when Alan's show comes on because it is car crash radio in my opinion.

However with these latest revalations I must just tune in to Alan's show in future now that his skeletons have been revealed.

NB- Dear New Controller-Welcome To Radio 2 Sir!

He carries on the great tradition we had of turning off after Pick of the Pops, before Sing Something Simple came on.

I'm otherwise occupied at the time in question. However, the music played is quite a good selection, of its kind; Alan doesn't exactly have a strident voice and if you don't like him I should think he's easy to ignore.

I find his voice annoying, where I come from we would call it a 'soppy date' voice!

I believe that would be the definition of a 'factoid'...
