Firstly before they recruit new staff they need to clean up their holiday camps. They don't look very modern and a little run down. The picture taking in the link is a little misleading. I suppose families like cheap and cheerful holidays.

I used to design merchandise for Pontins shops and the most important thing I had to do was put even the smallest item (eg a keyring) in massive packaging... so the Pontins residents couldn't nick 'em!
