By no stretch of the imagination could JR be called "safe"

Last night's ITN News tried to make a big deal of that with the headline "BAFTA boss raises concerns about the suitability of Jonathan Ross" but, of course, when they eventually aired the interview he did nothing of the sort - he thinks Ross is the best for the job, but is fed up of the media going on about it.

It meant the BBC must think he's safe to host the show. The Baftas could be over shadowed by Jonathan Ross.
