| Ken is going on holiday for a week or 2 so Aled Jones will be taking over his show starting monday february 16. |

It's half term so no surprise Ken is off. His wife was in hospital as you would have realised had you listened on Ken's return after his last few days off.

I've no idea, but the other week Ken said to a popmaster contestant who I think worked at the Radcliffe hospital that his wife had been in there recently.
We don't need to know the ins and outs of everything you know Iain.

I guess if there is Half Term Ken gets it off. ( Mean the time off  )...Summer Holidays are a little harder as they are 6 weeks long. Easter will be soon so who is covering then? |

I know what Mark's on about...
Aled had an email this morning insinuating he wasn't pushing the right buttons or something like that and the emailer sarcastically asked "where's Richard Allinson anyway?"
Aled then said "yes, where is Richard Allinson anyway?"
Aled then said he was removed from his BBC cupboard to cover for Gary Davis at an old Radio 1 convention...
I made the last bit up...

Has he been classed as working for R2 for a long time now and not just Bank Holiday cover ? |
