Interested to hear Wogan and Boggy mention the poem The Volunteer Organist around 7:50 this morning.
Does anyone remember the musical setting of this poem? I'm sure that I must have Peter Dawson's 1930s recording of it somewhere in the vaults. It's the type of song that still sometimes turns up on 100BT.

..Only another two weeks for that to happen though tragically!! Can't believe it hasn't been officially announced yet? Pity the poor 100BT fans who are in blissful bloody ignorance of the programmes imminent termination.
