I was listening to Jeremy Vine and one caller said that they have registered a complaint with the IPCC without being there. I guess the officer's in question have already been identified, and on leave waiting for the process to start?

This sounds horribly as though the Police's original statement on this issue was a shade economical with the truth.

It may end up not being the Police Officers fault, but a second postmortem said 'Ian Tomlinson's death wasn't caused by a Heart attack.

More likely,
It may end up being the police officer's fault, as a second postmortem said Ian Tomlinson's death wasn't caused by a heart attack. |
