Are you enjoying this ?

I listened to most of it today but have to admit it was a bit of a disappointment, too much talking and not enough about the music. Just sounded like JWs usually show with the music limited to the 70s.

Got bored before the end and switched off.

Not a patch on SOTS

What a great /incisive post this is-not.

Why do you bother listening to any Radio 2 programmes at all?

Because I know what I like. Very Happy

there are plenty of shows I enjoy eg SK, TW, KB, CE, SOTS, MR&SM, JR, folk, blues, country, Bob Harris, a bit of SW, Bob Dylan, most of 'old' sundays, JW (but as above not SOT70s yet), good documentaries, concerts etc but I hate old r1 style endless reading texts etc as used by most standins..

What exactly do you like on R2 ?

We all know how much you enjoy it when Richard Allinson is on Radio 2. You say you enjoy 'lots' on Radio 2, so seeing as how Richard Allinson is a given, how about naming the other shows you enjoy hearing on Radio 2.

Is this a test?

Why on earth are you asking me this question for.

Is there a conspiracy going on here.

With your responses to my messages on here you certainly give the impression you have something against me and my views.

Not at all, just interested in which other shows you enjoy as much as Richard Allinson.

I would not advise you of anything, my message was a question.

As this is a forum on which we comment on R2 you soon find out what people like or dislike. Very Happy

LEE-My likes of Radio 2 include the following

R&M in the evenings, Dermot O'Leary Saturday Show (my favourite) , Gambo, Johnnie Walker SOTS's, Pick of The Pops, Bob Harris, Suzi Q, Trevor Nelson, Paul O'Grady and a few of the specialist documentaries if they are not on too late in the evening.
