Real Ale, Lager, Spirts or the alcopops? ( which I hate as they make my teeth rot )
I like a good real ale. I used to drink lager but that gets me bloated.
Southern comfort is my best spirt and Baileys which I had a few on Chrismas evening. |

Try smoothies, I love those, you can either mix your own or you can buy ready made ones in Tesco and other supermarkets. It's a good way of getting your 5 a day. |

Must be Tee-totallers Anonymous here! I've shied away from alcohol completely for the last ten years (apart from the odd can of Guinness that my cousin insists on foisting upon me when I visit).
Tea - hot and black, plenty cups each day at work
Orange juice - every day without fail
Water - lots each day (but not 3 litres, Rachel!)
Coffee - very occasionally for a treat: I used to drink far too much.
I should get into those smoothies - next time I'm in Tesco I'll have a look.

I can't really digest fruit pulp, the majority of it makes me quite ill. Though juices are usually ok. I did have a very nice Pear and apple juice round a friends the other day, so that will probably be my main drink. |

Cranberry juice is very good for you, I drink a lot of it in hot weather as it's very refreshing. |

I like the occasional pint of real ale, but seem to have a low capacity threshold - two will send me to sleep
Otherwise tea not coffee, especially the catspee that is instant
And fruit juice - a 50-50 blend of M&S organic tangelo and cranberry - it's almost addictive _________________ Ron |

Water, lots of!
Coffee, real, none of your instant rubbish, black & very strong.
Tea, but not often & has to be leaves, preferably pure Ceylon or Darjeeling, made in a pot.
Fruit juice, especially with breakfast, orange, grapefruit, pinapple, lemon or cranberry.
Alcohol, almost never, glass of red wine with a meal, maybe twice a year.
Carbonated drinks, well only soda & orange/pinapple/lemon in the pub.

I don't drink alchohol either, never did like it much.
I'm trying to cut down on coffee as somebody suggested it can make your hands tremble a little if you have too much, so I'm going back to tea, or maybe I should stop looking at the bank statements
I can understand why people should drink more water but I've heard 5 litres per day mentioned! I don't think I could handle that much.
I've taken to drinking those Lemon & Lime flavoured water drinks from Tesco's so I hope that'll do instead... |

water is the very best anti-ageing product you can get, forget the creams the lotions , the potions, the injections , the face peels, the light therapy, the facial saunas..... and anything produced by those who think you're worth it. ....... 2 to 3 litres of water a day will take 5 to 10 years off your age in a couple of months ......... and it's free, but who in the beauty industry is going to tell you that..... |

My mother only drinks water with her Alka-Seltzer Morning relief - otherwise she's led by the bottle, can, bar towel - and I think she looks fantastic for 45.

I drink water in the morning (from a bottle of tap water made up the night before and kept in fridge) and at work.
Then I'll have a cup of coffee sometimes, at work for break, a can of Coc Cola (fat cola not diet) with lunch.
When I get home I drink orange juice and tonic water - good for night cramps, which I suffer from.
Then it's a bottle of water to take to bed in case I start a coughing fit!
Otherwise I like the accasional lager and lime or Lambrini (yes sad person I am), but I've treated myself to a bottle of Irish Meadow for Xmas and a small bottle of Jack Daniels for New Year. I've had a bottle of brandy in the cupboard for about 6 years together with a bottle of sherry. I don't like drinking at home and rarely go out! _________________ I like cats and music |
