Agree Ron, what's wrong with a map? All my friends that have one usuually end up getting lost or taking the long way round.
Having Dylan as the voice would certainly put me off even more - I suggest Sophie Raworth! _________________ MiS |

Sophie...... swoon.
I'd like to hear Stewie from "Family Guy" or maybe a Dalek. _________________ Johnnie Walker read out my message on Pirate Radio! 13/8/07

Oh no, not Sophie! I can just visualise her grinning like a Cheshire Cat while telling me about a major traffic jam ahead, just too late to take avoiding action, and I'd want to put my foot through the thing.
Practically, it should be someone who can project their voice well, like Richard Burton. He might not be available... Peter Egan would be good.
On the other hand I wouldn't mind the girl with the husky voice who does the continuity announcements on BBC2 telling me where to go _________________ Ron |

I have Jane on my Tom Tom...but I'm just about to order the Radio 2 CD of Tom Tom voices from Charitygoods.com. Lynn Bowles, Sally Traffic , Sir Tel and Deadlicoat........ Driving with Tom Tom, will be like being at work... I'd quite like Rustie Lee... you'd never get anywhere for laughing.
I have a husky voice, Ron ... Ahead-Straight over the roundabout - take the third exit........ take the exit. |
