The company can't employ drivers on a voluntary basis. They need to employ drivers who work weekends on rota basis. ( And pay them a different rate ).. The company could be heavily fined and a black mark against them for not running routes and getting their house in order. |

They run Sunday trains on a voluntary basis and then cut the wages of those who volunteer.
You couldn't make it up!
