I see that BA are threatening to permanently remove the existing 90% discount on air travel (on empty seats) for those employees who go on strike. Additionally they will remove the right for two free tickets to anywhere on the BA route map after 5 years service.
Wish I'd had some of those discretionary benefits in my employment package...... (Discounted TV rental when I worked for Granada TV was just about the only benefit I experienced whilst working. Doesn't seem to cut it somehow does it?) _________________ Minx

When I worked for Royal Mail we postmen/women got a book of stamps at Christmas! All you could do was increase the post figures so the bosses could get a bigger bonus! |
