Anyone else watch this last night?
It got to be quite boring with JLS and Lady Gaga alternately emoting over their successes, and Wossy looked an absolute plonker in his get-up. One of the Gallagher brothers (they both look the same to me) stalked stone-faced up to the stage and then (audio muted) delivered his verdict and chucked the award into the crowd. Peter Kay struggled bravely on, raising the best cheer for his "what a k**bhead" to Gallagher's actions. The usual suspects managed to get "audio muted", Sam Fox, Lily Allen etc
When Robbie Williams came on at the end to give another wild-eyed performance, I picked up my book. Best performance of the night was Alicia Keyes. Another night of dreadful lip sync-ing in parts.
Same old same old...... _________________ Minx

I saw bits of it - can't believe you sat through the whole lot Minx!
Just a load of egotistical twaddle with the odd decent performance thrown in - what on earth was PK doing there? I know ITV are desperate but... _________________ MiS |

I didn't understand why Lady Ga Ga was so anxious to pay tribute to the fashion designer Alexander McQueen.
Yes, it's terrible that he died, but I think it would have been better to have paid tribute to Eric Woolfson, who actually had something to do with music with his involvement in the Alan Parsons Project!
Robbie Williams getting Outstanding Contribution to British Music is like Kate Bush getting an award from Jet 2 for services to seating (she was notoriously afraid to fly). _________________ We are loonies and we are proud!
