Very strong documentary on Monday night with Anne Widdecome vs the Hoodies. I'm not normally a fan of hers but she showed her mettle on the show.

Second part is either Friday or Monday. Easily a much better report than the new Jeremy Vine Panorama show which received so much free publicity courtesty of BBC "News" when they read Jezza's teams press release as its top story all day.

Good to see Tonight got high ratings for the Monday showing.

If the hoodies started to misbehave, did she threaten to send for her leader to come along and give them all a hug?! Laughing

Did anyone see the programme on BBC2 "Wild Caribbean" last night? Excellent programme. Beautiful photography. Very informative. Can't wait for the next one in the series next week.

Yes I watched Wild Caribbean and thought it was brilliant! The voice of the narrator was so soothing I actually had the sensation that I was in the Caribbean! Can't wait for the next programme.

hoodies? as in people who wear Hoodies?
ironically, it is the 'uniform' of most students - in fact I am wearing a lovely red Modern Languages Society one at this very moment Smile

The Truth About Food is on BBC2 tonight. Last week's programme was very interesting indeed - this week's is about what effect food can have on our sex lives (according to the BBC home page blurb!) and Vic Reeves is presenting the programme. Could be another very interesting episode!
