I realise what this is now. It's the BBC's contribution to Earth Hour - to create a programme so irredeemably awful that everyone turns it off.
I will, however, bypass all the green baloney and watch something good elsewhere.

Well there are plenty of programmes that would facilitate turning off the tv these days - another cookery show anyone?
