|
|
From what I've heard /seen of this world cup series, there has been a continuous buzzing noise in the background that sounds like either a huge swarm of angry wasps or the warm-up session at a formula 1 race! What is it and why can't they either turn it right down or better still blank it out completely? It's very off putting. I don't remember it at any previous tournament. At the moment this tournament is in danger of becoming known as 'the buzzing world cup'! _________________ Lord Evan Elpuss, Your ideal job is a Lumberjack. |

Hahahahaha Mr Vine was talking about this today, the general opinion was they are bloody awful!
apparently some players are having problems concentrating because the noise is constant. |

There's only one way to "blank it out completely" and that's to turn the sound off! |

I've just heard that the BBC are looking at a red button option that would exclude this dreadful din. I sincerely hope this is true as it makes the games unwatchable. What with that and ITV making us miss the England goal - _________________ MiS |

Ah so that's what the problem is!
I would have thought the money some of these guys are on would help them to be able to focus their minds. _________________ Minx

It's not possible to filter the horn frequencies from the output anyhow without losing all the sound from inside the stadium.
Anyhow, I don't need the BBC to supply me with a magic "red button", as I already have one. It's called the "mute" button. |

I hope not. If he's going to "dump" Green, he should give Joe Hart a go, at least he's young enough to throw himself about!! _________________ MiS |

I can't understand why HE doesn't tell THEM sooner and just keep it a secret from the rest of us! _________________ Pirate Johnnie Walker played my request on 11 April 2009 |
