Time for my annual service and MOT, so I shan't be on here for the next two weeks. See you when I return.

Thanks for good wishes. As usual, two weeks went far too quickly. We stayed at Epworth, North Lincolnshire--not perhaps the most obvious holiday destination but it turned out to be a really lovely little town, with lots of friendly people and, as a Methodist, I enjoyed visiting the John and Charles Wesley Museum there.
Our choice arose from the fact that our middle son, Alex, got married to Rachael at Doncaster last Sunday. We had a lovely day and it was good to see the happy couple really happy and have all the family with us.
