Listening to JV just now and they are discussing hotel review websites. Hoteliers are apparently thinking of sueing the website over bad reviews.
Can't help smiling at the timing, the day they closed down the Radio 2 Message boards!!!.......................

I listened to that.
But some of the hotel owners could reply and state their case. On the site you are thinking about........if people put their thoughts they were 'hidden' BUT some were favoured and had all they wanted to say displayed...
