I love Marmite and I love chocolate (the 90% cocoa solids dark sort) - but a mixture of both sounds yuck!

PS Blondehedgehog, I love hedgies too and one comes every evening to be fed (tinned chicken chunks in jelly, Spike's Dinner, dried mealworms and half a rich tea biscuit). Every scrap is eaten.

I have had to take a dear little hedgehog to a rescue centre this week, only 5 inches long, so not big enough to hibernate, two days after my neighbour did the very same thing.
Perhaps they were from the same family.

I recently took an orphaned Pigeon to be looked after by some lovely people and they had some little Hedgehogs being cared for in a box.
They were really cute, almost like little puppies.. I learnt that they don't roll up into a ball until they are several weeks old!
It was great to see them "unrolled" so to speak as every one I'd come across before was rolled up tight! Laughing

Glad to see more hedgehog fans... In my last garden a couple of hedgys built a nest under a shrub and had two babies...it was great to watch them grow up. My house is full of different style hedgehogs, stuffed, china, you name it I have it...... Laughing Laughing Wink

I remember hedgehog crisps but personally I used to prefer the pheasant flavour ones which were around at the same time
I think the ones I used to eat were made by Bensons
