The BBC Radio 2 Chris Evans Breakfast Show- weekdays 06:30 to 09:30, live from BBC Manchester, within the next 12 months! Gosh. Now I wasn’t expecting to hear that on the grapevine this morning. Has anyone else heard this from the inside? |

Obviously this is just the next step towards moving a lot of the London operation to the completely un-necessary and expensive Salford Quays broadcasting centre.
Perhaps this also adds credence to the rumour that he's working his way up to a permanent position as the breakfast DJ on Community Radio Warrington.
Yes indeedee!!! |

He was indeed, and I was there too. I was just a few feet from Evans, Mallett, Richard Bacon, Trevor Dann... A room full of brilliance! |

The present Mrs Evans will be pleased.
Perhaps you'll soon have him as a near neighbour, H.
Unless he's going to commute by helicopter.
(I now realise why Alex has been learning to fly - they're going to do the equivalent of car-sharing.) _________________ Ron |

Yep. Good job there was no accident, or some of the country's finest minds would have been lost. |
