It’s truck writing season folks! It’s that time of the year when no white van, no HGV Trailer, no bus or dirty Ambulance, is safe, even trains, planes and message boards have been targeted in previous campaigns. It’s time to wet and wipe your finger – make your mark and become one of those, in the know, part of the clan, one of the lucky ones. I’ll probably get in trouble for passing this on to “daytime radio listeners” (that was difficult to say) but it is nearly Christmas and most of you are friendly enough in the main, and really quite few in number so it’s probably ok. If you see me tied to back of a truck going up the M3 – you’ll know I’ve been summoned for punishment.

Anyway write this “WALLOP!” on the back of dirty trucks and you’ll become part of the movement.

"We're Alex Lesters' lovely overnight people".

If you see a truck with WALLOP written in the dirt on the back- you’ll know what it means. Tune in to Alex, 2-5am to find out more.

I'd much sooner see "HATCHES"..... "Hallelujah, Alex Takes CHris Evans' Slot".

Cool I think we'll be seeing quite a lot of WALLOP on the roads this winter.

Not too sure if the full definition will be used very often, though. Be careful how you write/type it if you do.

We live in hope. Smile Maybe we can have that at some time in the future.

Ron, there's a white builders van parked outside right now, it's dirty and it's ladies that lunch day, which means I have to go out there.... Smile

My lovely boss has been told her cat has been harrassing the binmen in her neck of the woods.

I had thoughts of the cat writing 'WALLOP' or 'HATCHES' on the lorry!

Cool beans! I’d like to meet that cat. Harassing the binmen. Are they very very small binmen? What self-respecting binman is going to admit to being harassed by a cat? Honest Guv, it chased me up the road, no word of a lie, it was meowing and everything. I hope your boss laughed her socks off. Smile Laughing

I missed the builders van outside our house but the plumber made the big mistake of parking his van, in my space, at mum in law’s house – it was captive and so I was able to WALLOP it without being seen. Yay!

It would be worth parking my dirty vehicle in Rachel's parking spot just to have her scrawl 'Wallop' on it! Twisted Evil

Last week's WALLOP on the plumber's van has survived, it's still there. It’s a very resilient SLA. ( Six Letter Acronym) I gave the plumber a, ladies that lunch, custard tart though- so I say, that makes us even. Smile

Spotted a milk tanker, trundling along the A50 Derby/Stoke last week, with a very stylish WALLOP in old fashioned cursive (like the old Wall's ice cream logo) Laughing

I managed to WALLOP a Cornish bus on Friday evening, under the cover of darkness. It was a slick operation of course, planned and executed to perfection. One finger is all it takes. Smile
