Anyone see this last night on More4?
If it was supposed to be a PR film, seeing as one of the producers was Mike Tyson himself, it didn't work for me.
His early life was rough beyond most people's comprehension but by chance, in prison, he met a man who changed it but despite the wealth and fame that followed the man didn't change and I doubt he ever will....compelling television though.
Watching him walking along a beach reciting poetry( Oscar Wilde's The Ballad of Reading Gaol) was bizarre!... I'm sure it was done for effect more than anything else,though and looked and sounded totally out of place.
