I downloaded the new version and it started off just playing or uploading for about 3/4 seconds then a window comes up saying a problem has occurred and itunes is going to close.

I have downloaded it again and has given me a remove or repair I've done both and the only improvement is now that it will play but still no upload.

Apple have implied it's a virus on my laptop, norton is telling me otherwise and their help section is less than helpful

Any ideas?

When you say "upload" what are you referring to exactly?
