Hi Helen,
Every 5 years the BBC Trust have to review all BBC Radio stations. They have already been through Radio 1 etc, and now it was the turn of Radio 2 and 6 Music. |

It's the new (or newish) BBC Trust trying to make it look like they're doing what they were set up to do (in the face of post-Hutton political attention and anti-BBC campaigners) and to be seen to crack the whip.
Trouble is, the Trust is headed by David Liddiment!
