Ronaldo is going to Real Madrid for £80M according to reports today. How will this affect Man U's prospects for next season? The money will allow them to keep Tevez if he wants to stay and buy some new talent too. I wonder if Rooney will be upset by the news? |

I doubt Rooney will be "upset". As to keeping Tevez, I think Carlos has made up his mind to go to a team where he gets to play every week.
Ronaldo is a great player but whether he can achieve the great things he has done at United with Real is a major doubt. _________________ MiS |

Well Ronaldo did turn out to be a great Man U player and coculd havegone on to greater heights with them but with that sort of money Ferguson and buy three or four other fine players.
I think they should keep Tevez to partner Rooney, but need a taller centre forward too.
There's some players in Man U that I've never been convinced were of top standard like O'Shea, Anderson even Fletcher. |

Anderson may prove to be better with time, but I disagree about O'Shea and Fletcher - they have already stepped up to the plate. Witness how Utd missed Fletch in the Champions League Final. _________________ MiS |
