On tonight at 10 .....

As part of Radio 2's Great British Songbook, Bob Harris investigates the songs the Beatles gave away.

This brought back memories of Mum and my sister imitating Cilla Black's Scouse vowels on 'Love of The Loved' - 'I'll still be THUR...'

I was interested in George Harrison's demo of 'Sour Milk Sea', eventually recorded by Jackie Lomax.

Hi Becky

Believe it or not I just got round to listening to this today and I'm so glad I'd recorded it on the SKY+ box!

Great memories of all the songs. Love of The Loved was a fave of mine and the demo of Step Inside Love with Paul playing accoustic guitar was gorgeous.

I've not deleted it so may just listen again soon!
