Jo Good has just played that song with the 'dum diddy dum diddy dwee dwee' chorus - it's Have Love Will Travel by the Sonics!
I thought they'd gone to an ad break on The Wright Stuff - in fact I was so fed up with Gail Porter's 'Speaking as a mother' statements I turned that off.

When perusing the Kenny Everett World's Worst Record Show details on another site I noticed a song called 'I'm A Mummy', by Rod & Dor.
It's an early misstep in Rod McKuen's recording career, but it could be Gail Porter's theme song!
