Yes, mark - I've got it on CD somwhere - haven't heard it for ages, but what a great song, as you say-haunting.

He's playing some nice tunes today, Blondie - Heart of Glass, Ian Dury - Reasons to be cheerful. Class

Agree Andy.

Richard always plays decent music whenever he is on the Radio-Deep Purple-love it.

Six connected songs-production in play here.

Scott Walker is a god. I've got most of his CD's - including a comp called 'In The Beginning' - which features a very young Scotty singing, standards such as, 'Too Young', 'Paper Doll' and 'All I Do Is Dream Of You'.

He played 'Jackie' last (?) week another of my favourites. 'Mathilde' rarely gets played though. Sad

I don't know if tonight's SAGA DJ reads these message boards or if he's an RA listener, but he played "No regrets" in the small hours of this morning. Good stuff.
He also played Alan Price's "Simon Smith and his amazing dancing bear".
106.60 FM in the East Midlands. Sadly I find myself listening more frequently because of the current standard of R2.

The Walker Brothers.
Great nostalgic songs but they were not even brothers.
there again the music more than makes up for this

Did they lie about being walkers too? Was Scott fond of wasting an afternoon up Winter Hill?
