There is an Andre Rieu Concert on Channel 5 at 11.50 this morning, followed at 12.50 by his "story".
Hope you see this.

Oh, you're so lucky, Becky.
I have a very ancient VHS recorder and it doesn't "do" Channel 5. At least, if it does, I don't know how. arghhhhhhhhhhh
Hope it doesn't disappoint!

Oh, don't feel bad, Becky, it's my own fault.
I need to join the 21st century!! I'm always lagging about 50 years behind. |

Just the odd few...
I had no idea he was so popular,Fly....his concerts are just fantastic visually as well as musically
After playing in Vienna at the Schönbrunn Palace

he loved the atmosphere so much he decided to have a replica built and take it on tour to share the experience with others...a huge undertaking...
Oh and did you know the violin he plays is a Stradivarius?
A medley for you,Fly...

Yes, I did know his violin was a Stradivarius.
He was popular in Holland for many years but it was in America he really took off.
I just like the fun of it all and would love to join in. Although I really prefer his serious music.
Did you hear how much money he makes in a year???? |
