A sad end to a lady who had a beautiful voice.

The last couple of decades of her 'career' were the saddest ever, very embarrassing performances and interviews, nobody seemed to be taking care of her. Vulnerable rtistes get sucked into a world of drugs and nobody helps.

I was never her greatest fan but it's always sad so see someone die so young

On John's point about there being no help from anyone when artists sadly get affected by drink and drugs I think that is very true but the problem is that if someone is paying a management organisation a small fortune in fees then is that organisation really going to tell an artist the truth and risk losing all that income?

Sadly I suspect not Sad

Who's is to say that people round her, family included, weren't trying desperately to help if addiction to illegal substances was still a problem in her life...we all know that addicts of any kind can only be helped when they choose to be helped themselves..

I was sad to hear this news ...she was a beautiful woman with an amazing voice and was much too young to die. Sad
