I didn't hear very much of Drivetime today but picked up on something she said as they announced the winner of the Showstopper for Bob Harris Country that followed. Her choice had been selected and she said 'oh good and it's my last one'......................
A bit of a strange thing to say. Hasn't she not long been back from holiday as well?
Anyone know anything?

Just a rumour, with Louise Pepper seemed to be getting her feet under the table whilst Lynn was off on holiday plus hosting some shows on BBC Wales.
I just think there is some more schedule changes to happen at the station, with Moyles leaving Radio 1, possible Steve Wright show could be coming to an end after nearly 30 years? |

| I don't think it was an indication that Sally Traffic is going - just that in future there isn't going to be a selection of 4 records to choose from to link with the programmes that follow "Drivetime". I think that from next week listeners are going to suggest an appropriate record. |

I heard Sally say that too, Helen, twice, she said it earlier on as well.
You have to have your fingers in all the pies, Colin, then you'd know.
I'm all pied out, as Alison Moyet once said... well: very nearly.

Ah thanks for that essexlady! As I said I only heard the last 15 minutes yesterday and haven't heard much of the rest of the week either.
Just with all the talk about some of the newsreaders going it sounded a bit more ominous!
