For years the a paper disc showing your Motor vehicle has been taxed could soon be the past. We also could see the end of the extra paper licence.

Probably worth holding on to any you currently have in that case - they could be worth a few bob in future years Smile

The report says "Officials admitted that police could not now instantly tell ...."

Shouldn't that say COULD NOW INSTANTLY....
