Can't make my mind up about it, but will watch next week's.

We had it on, but it didn't capture my wholehearted attention so I was messing around with my laptop at the same time. I might give it another go next week, because I found the setting of the fifties quite interesting, but the plot wasn't compulsive enough for me.

I did eventually get into this series and have just seen there is to be a 2nd. Not sure when it will air though.

Did you watch the second series.Helen? I thought it was superior to the first series

I very much enjoyed the development of the characters especially that of Hector (the excellent Dominic West)

I watched 4 episodes of it Becky and recorded the last 2 only to have our Sky+ box's hard drive fail a few days later so lost those recordings. I thought I'd downloaded them from iPlayer but there was a fault in those recordings so I don't know how it ended Sad

Like you I thought this series was better than the first. I'll have to watch out for any repeats.
