He is interviewing Tony Blair this afternoon and appearing on Saturday Kitchen this weekend.

I had a crap day at work and wasn't in the mood for Chris Evans this evening. I listened to Mark Forrest on Classic FM instead.

He is waxing lyrical about Saturday night tv. How SCD beats the X Factor and Lionel Ritchie's weird Audience on Saturday. What was HE on? Embarassed

Johnny & the Fox have flipped.

The Fox is going bedless tonight Shocked

Not quite. They are experimenting with the business news without a music bed.

I prefer the bed.

He does seem to be having some trouble with his buttons tonight. He has played the wrong jingles twice now in 10 minutes

It's Monday. It's the worst day of the week. Therefore, I shall let him off. Wink

Why is it? Once Monday is out of the way, I've only got three more days to look forward to! I get Fridays off, Chris Evans doesn't!!! Razz Razz Razz

Monday was fine today as I was off work Wink

But usually on Tuesday I am more tired than on a Monday and the weekend is still ages away.

I've been like a bear with a sore head since I woke up at 6.30am. I hate Mondays, maybe I should ask for them off, too? Rolling Eyes

I'm pleased Mark Forrest sent me off home in mellow mood. The traffic was heavy on the A13 this evening all thanks to the QE2 Bridge and Lakeside Shopping Centre. Chris Evans would have given me road rage! Stuart Maconie night have sent me to sleep, though. Confused

He did sound on top form, and slightly different? I heard he's been interviewing Tony Blair and it will be on the Downing Street website, next week as a podcast.

Steve and Tim have interviewed Tony Blair'' early on in the year.

It would liven up drivetime, that's for sure. Dunno about what the ginger idiot can possibly achieve though.

I've been listening on and off to the 'ginger idiot' for several months and the other day heard the longest single extract so far. What I heard was a varied and informative show with a good choice of music. What's so wrong with that?

Ian.

I think it is doing what Radio 2 should be doing in daytime, entertaining people with music and chat & informing people in a populist manner, presenting topical items in ways that bring individuals from different walks of life together.
