after a full year of non-stop US election coverage, Sky News has come up with this

Quote:
Adam Boulton in Special 100 Day Obama Assignment

Sky News’ Political Editor Adam Boulton is to take up a special assignment in the US to cover the first 100 days of Barack Obama’s Presidency, Sky News has announced.

Boulton, Sky News’ Political Editor since the channel launched in 1989, will arrive in the US in the middle of January, in time to cover the days leading up to President-Elect Obama’s historic inauguration on 20 January. He will then remain there to closely follow the first 100 days of the new Obama Presidency and will return to Westminster in late April 2009.

Working closely with Sky News’ two US correspondents, Michelle Clifford and Robert Nisbet, Adam will be based in the organisation’s Washington Bureau, and will provide analysis and context on this major political story for Sky News on TV, online and on Sky News Radio. Adam will also present a series of special programmes while he’s in the US, looking at the impact Obama’s new Presidency will have both on the US and its citizens, and on the rest of the world, as he marks his first days in office.

100 days of non stop US coverage. Rolling Eyes

Another reason to avoid the Sky adverts-with short-breaks-for-the-news Channel!
