I was listening to this section on the Vine show today and I had the depressing feeling that we've slipped another notch into general disregard for the law.
Setting a trap for unsuspecting motorists by leaving bins in the driveway or just plain carjacking with violence in otherwise tranquil villages is really quite worrying.
