The didnt use a Bible for the 2nd swearing in so it may not be legal either!

| What ever happened George Bush ceased being president at Midday on Tuesday. Amazing he never did the Nixon a turned around on the helicopter steps and did his farewell wave. |

Not that he will get any credit for it, but Bush managed a very smooth & courteous handover to Obama since the election. Compared that to the juvenile acts by the Clinton White House where the defaced keyboards removing the letter "W".
