I apoligise in advance if you've done all this before but have you checked out the mute switches and others Little Pieces? Seems funny you can't get any sound at all..

You've probably done this as well but try Googling the problem or look at the Computer Active website forum. You can ask a question and they are very knowlegeable on there.

Thanks Helen i have tried the mute button and sometimes i do get sound but it starts to fade after a bit.Will try the site you reccomeneded
