Is it me?
Obviously committing a crime doesn't abrogate your rights to sue someone else due to your own stupidity in the first place. What is this country coming to? Will armed robbers sue banks for loss of earnings when they flee empty-handed? _________________ Author: “To the Ends of the Earth: A Snapshot of Aviation in North-Eastern Siberia, Summer 1992”

I wish nice Mr Policeman had chased the little *hit who spat at me, grabbed my bag then legged it. It wouldn't have been too hard, the athletic looking blue was standing next to me when it happened. He carried on standing there and watched him run - then he turned to me and said, 'Was that your bag?' Diddly Doh! _________________ Eternal nothingness is fine if you happen to be dressed for it. |

I'm surprised you weren't arrested Natasha, for encourageing the young man to help himself!

Natasha..if the thief had tried to pinch your bag and failed,he could have got a nasty burn on his palm from the strap.
I wonder if he could have sued you for having such a dangerous bag on show.
Plus if you are going to carry a bag around this could be too much temptation for the would be thief and he could claim you were trying to entice him with your bag _________________ The Voice of reason in a MAD MAD world |

No point in catching them, there's no where to lock them up !
As Terry said this morning even Monoploy is being recalled to replace the 'Go to Jail card' |
