Did anyone else watch Pink Floyd Night on BBC Four (Friday, 23rd May)? I thought it was brilliant!
Roger Walters looks a bit like Johnnie Walker! |

I only watched the making of Dark Side of the Moon and thought it was just fantastic, enjoying every second.
I hope the beeb will show it all again.
What a great guy David Gilmour is, a true musician and gent.
Watching the programme makes me want to fill the gaps I have in their albums and hear DSotM at full volume.
I feel quite contented listening to this kind of music and I realise that I'm proud to call it "my music".
I had the same warm feeling when I watched the Cream reunion at the Albert Hall... or maybe I just spilt m' horlicks? _________________ Johnnie Walker read out my message on Pirate Radio! 13/8/07

I have just watched the Syd Barrett documentary on Sky+. I really enjoyed it; the guy was mad! Russell Brand looks remarkably like him! |

But only has a small fraction of his talent! _________________ Geddon

I agree. And one of the country's finest electric guitarists as well, definitely understated. _________________ ONline, ONdigital and ONtherocks: BBC Radio 2. Eleanor Rigby, wearing the face that she keeps in a jar by the door. |

Yeah he was bless him. He lived in Cambridge and I sometimes used to see him cycling around. He was just an ordinary bloke really who just wanted to be left alone but given his supposed legendary status some people would never allow that. Not at all unheard of for 'fans' to turn up on his doorstep demanding to speak to him, poor bloke. |
