A £6m murder trial has been halted at the Old Bailey following a Law Lords ruling on witnesses giving evidence anonymously.

I know. But how do we know if the witnesses were witness to the event, if nobody knows who they are. _________________ His name was ernie ........ and he drove the fastest milk cart in the west..... |

The way around this is if the defendant's lawyer gets to know who the anonymous witnesses are and can agree that they are vital/good witnesses.
Trouble is, the defendant's lawyer wants the defendant found not guilty... even when he is guilty...... |
